1. Condition of Return:
- Product Returned Undamaged: We will refund up to the full purchase value of the item(s) in question but not the cost of shipping and handling. There will be a restocking fee and possibly shipping and handling. The product will be inspected prior to the return of the product.
1. If the product is delivered damaged, do not accept it. The carrier will return it and credit us the cost of the product and shipping. You will be charged nothing.
2. If you damage the product, please call us for an evaluation and possible credit.
3. If we have agreed to pick up the product and we find it is damaged we cannot pick it up or credit you. The cost of our trip to evaluate the product may be billed to you.
4. Please be sure to take good care of the product so that you can receive as much credit as possible.
